... the streaming economy is a joke. I’ve seen my music—and the music I help bring to life for others—generate thousands of plays and earn pennies. Literally.  And this isn’t just about me or the person singing lead. This affects everyone involved in making a living through music: the drummer, the guitar tech, the sound person, the producer, the merch seller, the venue staff, the artist manager.

In the end, Divvy Music should belong to indie artists. To the fans. To the people who’ve been told—over and over—that there’s no room for them in the industry unless they play by someone else’s rules. That’s why we’re reactivating our crowdfunding campaign, not just to raise funds, but to raise awareness. To build a foundation that can’t be bought.
